3 Introduction When the value of a column in an analytics report applies to several values in a column to the right then it will by default appear once for all rows For example if we display the ‘Loan Date’ in one column and the barcodes loaned in a column to the right then the date will appear once for all barcodes It is possible to change this by choosing “Repeat” instead of the default “Suppress” in the “Column Properties” of the desired column.

8 Duplicating the cell To duplicate the ‘Loan Date’ for each barcode choose ‘Column Properties’ from the criteria tab

9 Duplicating the cell In the ‘Column Format’ tab choose ‘Repeat’ instead of the default ‘Suppress’

10 Duplicating the cell Now in Analytics the ‘Loan Date’ is repeated for each barcode

11 Duplicating the cell The ‘Loan Date’ is also repeated when exported to Excel
