One Note Set Up Open Chrome or Firefox Go to DPISD.org
Log in to Office 365

Click on One Drive

Click on New then One note Notebook

Right click with mouse on section and you can rename it

Click on plus to add sections

Click share button and then type in email of person to share with

Decide if the recipient can edit or view only

You may also get a link to share with others as long as they have a DPISD email

Reason for Creating One Note Class Notebook
Student Notebooks -- a private notebook shared between the teacher and each individual student. Teachers can access every student notebook, while students can see only their own. Content Library -- a read-only notebook where teachers can share handouts with students. Collaboration Space -- a notebook for everyone in your class to share, organize, and collaborate.

Open Chrome Go to DPISD.org Log on to your 365 account

Click class notebook

Select Create a class notebook

Title your class

Click next to create the notebook

Here are the parts that your notebook will contain

This screen allows you to share your notebook with another teacher
This screen allows you to share your notebook with another teacher. You can do this later as well. Click Next

Type in students names and add click next when complete

Here are the sections; add or uncheck Click next

Your notebook is ready. When you are on your computer in your class download the Class Notebook Add-in. I would also click on the Link get Interactive Training and bookmark it.

Go to 365 Choose One Note Choose Shared with me Click to open the Session One Note Notebook Go to Content Library Click to open evaluation Click on the title on the left to copy Go to Quiz Tab and paste the quiz Fill in the quiz

Go to Collaboration section Click on Project tab and read the directions Find the tab that has your name on it. Complete the assignment on this page with the other participants
