Establishment of institutional and legal framework: first quarter of 2004
Training of DNA staff and the private sector participants (project developers, financial sector, academia and research institutions, NGOs)
Regional and national workshops: training, reviewing, planning, implementing, sharing
Identification of potential projects: 2004, 2005
Creating a pipeline: second half of 2005

Ratification of the KP: Ecuador, Bolivia, Guatemala

Phase I; Jordan is completing Phase I, Egypt & Morocco already started Phase II.
DNA: Egypt & Morocco, Jordan issued a decree but not notified UNFCCC yet
Ratification of the KP: Morocco ratified, Jordan accepted, Egypt signed.
