He is well-known for his books for children and even adults. Dr. Seuss has wrote more than 60 books over his long career of writing books for people. One of the famous books was “The Cat in the Hat.” My favorite book out of all of them was “Green Eggs and Ham.” This book is a fiction book, in which Sam-I-Am asks his anonymous friend repeatly, whether he would like green eggs and ham.

“The Lorax” The Lorax was one of Dr. Seuss’ books, originally published on August 12, 1971.The book is about an orange-looking figure called the Lorax. The Lorax spoke for the trees and warned of the dangers of disrespecting the environment against the Once-ler, and how the harvesting of the trees changed the land forever.

The Environment We see today
The environment we know in love today currently consists all the living and non-living things that naturally occurs on the planet Earth. It is an environment that encompasses the interaction of all living species, also known as an ecosystem. Natural occurrences can affect our environment such as the climate and the weather. This is also our responsibility to protect these animals, as some might be endangered due to illegal hunting or changes to the climate. And also to human activity. Like pollution from burning fossil fuels and poisonous gases.

How is the Lorax a message to our environment?
Like in the Lorax book, that catastrophe might happen to us one day. As our overall population grows, we are consuming more resources. As we consume more resources, it might be like the “Great Depression” all over again, but technology might come to the recuse hopefully. Anyways, the environment might change, the outcome might not look pretty. Our world might be like an abandoned world, if we don’t act now, our world might be die eventually. Future (possibly) Present
