Awareness

Albert Einstein “Creativity is contagious, pass it on”
Albert Einstein was a German theoretical physicist who developed the theory of general relativity. He is generally considered the most influential physicist of the 20th century. For this achievement, Einstein is often regarded as the father of modern physics. Einstein is best known by the general public for his mass–energy equivalence formula E = mc². He received the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics "for his services to theoretical physics, and especially for his discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect", a pivotal step in the evolution of quantum theory.

Steve Jobs “Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn’t really do it, they just saw something. ....” As the Financial Times recently pointed out, Jobs was quite specific about how he went about practicing this "discipline" (as he called it). Biographer Walter Isaacson quotes Jobs as saying: "If you just sit and observe, you will see how restless your mind is. If you try to calm it, it only makes it worse, but over time it does calm, and when it does, there's room to hear more subtle things--that's when your intuition starts to blossom and you start to see things more clearly and be in the present more. Your mind just slows down, and you see a tremendous expanse in the moment. You see so much more than you could see before."
