Outgoing Fix On the Mail, Contacts, Calendars menu tap Customer’s account From the Home Screen, tap Settings Scroll down the Settings screen and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars Tap the SMTP box.

Outgoing Fix The customer will now need to enter the Vodafone 360 smtp settings as shown above. Obviously the customer will need to use their own 360.com username and password. The iPhone will now display the current Outgoing Sever details which aren’t working this is what we need to change. The first time the Customer attempts to send an the iPhone has to validate the server. This may take up to 5 mins to send, this is normal and will only happen once. The customer will be presented with the above warning during sending they simply need to tap Continue Tap the Primary Server
