2. Florence Nightingale ( Why she is a good Leader)
Florence Nightingale is a good leader because: She was a female in the 19th century, She was ahead of her time. She was a visionary who saw the big picture and had a clear sense of purpose. Without her , hospital wouldn’t be what they are today

3. 1980’s
Boy George (lead vocals) responsibility is to deliver the lyrics of the song in the correct way
Mikey Craig (bass guitar) responsibility is to deliver the music from his instrument in the correct way
Roy Hay (guitar and keyboards) responsibility is to deliver the music from his instruments in the correct way
Jon Moss (drums and percussion) responsibility is to keep the beat of the song by drumming to help the other members of the band keep in time.
Responsible behaviours in the band are they never fight in from of fans and they leave any arguments back stage when they go on to preform
Responsible behaviours in band are that no matter what happens they always stay friends.

4. Team Task
What is the task about & what is the team working to achieve..
The paper tower task is about making a tower as high as you can that can stand by itself out of nothing but paper and a couple of bits of sticky tape. In the paper tower task the team are working to achieve the best highest self standing paper tower.
Suggestions as to how the team might complete their task..
The team can complete this by braking the sticky tape into smaller bits so there is more to use. Also the team can make the paper the same Wight as the other bits of paper ( e.g. fold it the same amount of times, roll it the same amount of time and so on. )
Positive teamwork behaviour in this task..
When we were building the paper tower it kept falling and we had to do it over and over again. I was getting annoyed but I stay positive and in the end all of the hard work worked. If I stay positive it rubs off on to my fellow team members. So then we are all positive and focus more on work and get the work done.
How we Planed to complete this team task
In this task we planed what to do by having discussions. When having the discussions he had to do a lot of problem solving the way we got around all of this is we made a mind map to show all of our teams ideas and suggestions.
Examples of accepting the advice of others
When I was trying to hold the Paper tower it kept falling down and I was getting really annoyed and stressed. My fellow team member Harrison told me to Keep cram and that it will be ok. After he told me that he got stressed and annoyed so I said the same words that he said to me . So we helped each other

These skills are needed to complete the team task because without them the team would have no skill and that means the team can do nothing apart from sit there.
When I was in this team task I helped one my fellow team members to hold the paper tower and I helped another team member to figure out what to do because he was stuck and confused

6. What helps to make the Ideal Team Member..
3qualities for making an effective team member..
My 3 qualities for making an effective team member are being Tolerant, being Considerate & being Respectful. E.g. I was tolerant when I was helping with the paper tower because it took time to make. I was Considerate when I helped make the paper tower because I helped make the tower. I was Respectful when I was making the paper tower because I listened and if didn’t like a idea I said so but wasn’t aggressive about it.
