Activities ……. (1) TNA : Training needs were identified through TNA in the secondary education sector (Under CPBR Project). Analysis indicated following training interventions. Teaching Techniques Delivery Skills ELT skills Teaching General Mathematics Vocational Skills for Rural Employment

In touch with British council for refinement of the ELT module. To be completed within April, 2011

Activities ………. (3) Implementation
Assessment of trainees will be done in consultation with the District Committees within May, 2011. Printing of modules will be completed within June, 2011 Training of trainers will be conducted at AASC during June-July ,2011 and Sept-Oct, Each district will select 10 trainers from respective district for ToT at AASC

Implementation Basic training will be conducted at districts by trainers during July-August, 2011 and Nov- Dec, 2011

Activities ………. (4) Assessment of learning outcome will be carried out immediately along with basic training in the districts. To be completed within December, 2011. Documentation is on. Will be carried out along with the activities of the project. To be completed within December, 2011
