Outreach The majority think it is difficult to engage researchers and faculty Relatively easy when library is organized under research administration Easy when important communication is sent via senior management lines (Peter’s experiences in Belgium) Meeting researchers for coffee and lunch informal chats is effective Instead of inviting researchers to the library, go to find them in their offices, research grouped meetings, department meetings Organize fun social events for light information's session Identify when they have less work loads, start and end of semester Make sure that they know they contact person from the library (Introduce yourself Make information's pamphlets for research support services Integrate research support services within the PhD programes, meet program directors and supervisors. Research outreach each when library is situated near the researches work places.
