Self-serve learning paths by role Content is tailored to the persona and role. Wherever possible, we nudge user along the learning path (but don’t require). User can “gracefully exit” to connect to resources to find a partner or get support. Linked-to content is multimedia – videos, eBooks, Help topics, whitepapers, etc. (not just Help topics) User receives progress indication along the way.
