Introduction Periodic reports of findings should be submitted on time.
Field offices first should submit to the home office. The work plans should always reflect the reporting deliverables, and that should be the basis for reporting. Timely submissions are critically important for decision making process

Main Entomology reports
Results of the cone bioassay tests within the two weeks of spraying for quality assurance purpose Susceptibility tests data 6 months before commencement of IRS Semi-annual reports (twice a year) Part of the end of spray report Progress and Final (Annual) reports Operational research reports where appropriate.

Delayed submission of reports Quality of reports Language Inconsistencies (mainly numbers) Lack of clarity Interpretation of results

Conclusion Report writing should be initiated well in advance to ensure the quality of writing. It is important to work hard to improve the quality of reports
