South Africa is making progress in the battle against software piracy Reducing piracy further would deliver significant benefits for local consumers, local software and services firms, small businesses, and the society at large

Who is responsible? The IDC organization is responsible to for making sure that piracy levels in South Africa drop

Who is accountable? I think that the South African Government is accountable for the rising levels in piracy because they are not strict enough on enforcing these policies
