PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
NPCS consultant worked collaboratively with CNE and team members in developing strategy plan to support, leverage, and accelerate the Voice of Nursing .
Nurse Leader selected as main lead for each element of the I2E2 “Leading Lasting Change” Framework.
