2. Accessing Naviance
YOUR STUDENT can access Naviance by following these steps:
Go to , type in your schools postal code, and log in. (Log-in information should be provided to you and/or your student by your school) OR
Go to your student's school website:

Under “Site Shortcuts” on the left, locate “Naviance” or “Culminating Project” depending on your school
Log-in information should be provided to you and/or your student by your school

4. Colleges Tab HIGHLIGHTS
College Compare allows students to compare multiple colleges at once
College Search allows students to do advanced searches for specific college characteristics
Students can do a national scholarship search and add scholarships to their own list

5. Careers Tab HIGHLIGHTS
Students can complete their career interest profiler. The results of the assessment include the student’s strongest field of interest with definitions of all the Holland interest codes.
Cluster finder A career cluster is a group of jobs and industries that are related by skills or products. Within each cluster, there are cluster “pathways” that correspond to a collection of courses and training opportunities to prepare you for a given career.

6. About Me Tab HIGHLIGHTS
Students are able to easily look up their favorite colleges, favorite careers and clusters
Students are able to easily go back to assessments they have taken within Naviance, like the Career Interest Profiler

7. My Planner Tab HIGHLIGHTS
Students can see which tasks have been assigned to them by their advisor and/or counselor
Tasks are usually components of the culminating project that need to be completed
