We will do the following tasks:
Displaying the protein in the 3D ribbon form.
Energy minimization of the protein model.
Site directed mutagenesis in the protein model.
Displaying the Ramachandran plot and validate the protein model.
Displaying Van der Waals surface, accessible surface and molecular surface of the protein model.
Compute Hydrogen bonding and displaying it’s lengths.
Superimposing two protein models (fitting and calculate Root Mean Square difference RMS).
