If new identifiers are used, you many need to tweak the report card.
If teachers want the gradebook display position to match the printed report card you may need to tweak the report card.
Within the same year, wordsmithing a standard may result in NO CHANGES. For the SOY, if the # of identifiers didn’t change – may result in NO CHANGES (Create Standards List)
