USING MICROSOFT OFFICE EXCEL 2007 OPEN MICROSOFT OFFICE EXCEL 2007 CLICK “OFFICE BUTTON” AT THE LEFT UPPER CORNER CLICK “WORD OPTIONS” AT THE RIGHT LOWER CORNER CLICK “TRUST CENTER” AT THE LEFT SIDE CLICK “TRUST CENTER SETTINGS…” AT THE RIGHT SIDE CLICK “ENABLE ALL MACROS” UNDER MACRO SETTINGS CLICK “OK” AT THE RIGHT LOWER CORNER CLICK “OK” AGAIN AT THE RIGHT LOWER CORNER

ISSUES: Employee number, Last Name, First Name, Middle initial, Appel, POSITION and AMOUNT per day are default columns, for any changes, put it on the REMARKS COLUMN ATTENDANCE column – Active- meaning reporting to duty Inactive- w/o pay leave for more than two months (or to be remove on the list) AWOL- absent without official leave RETIRED Day/s, hour/s and min/s use this column if there’s a leave WITHOUT PAY to be deducted from the salary

DEDUCTION AMOUNT COLUMN
- absent and pera -if there’s an entry on columns day/hour/mins the AMOUNT to be deducted will automatically reflect on this column REMARKS COLUMN -used for comment or any additional instruction example: for leave: indicate the type of leave & inclusive dates and with pay or without pay SL- 9/9,16 w/ pay

REMINDER: -ENABLE macros first -new employees should not be added -retirees should be marked INACTIVE /RETIRED three months before the retirement date -Avoid placing name of signatories in the Eform7 to prevent malfunction
