This snapshot is provided as a high level comparison of in-network member cost share under the Marist Plans. Before making your plan choice, you should refer to your Plan Summaries, Aetna Plan Selection & Estimator Tool, and Advocacy Services. Coinsurance A dollar amount as a stated percentage of allowable charges that you pay after deductible is met. Applies to non-copay based services. Out-Of-Pocket Maximum The most a member pays in a plan year before Aetna begins to pay 100% of allowed amounts (This maximum payment limit includes deductible, coinsurance, and copay amounts). Notice This high level snapshot comparison depicts basic differences between two offered medical plans. This displays in-network member responsibility. “Employee-only” cost sharing limits are represented in this example. For information on “Employee+Child(ren)” and other tier limits, and out-of-network cost sharing details, carefully review the Plan Summaries above. Because medical costs vary by health care professional and facility and because not every detail of each health plan is factored into the snapshot, your actual costs may vary from the results presented here.
