Bad
Lack of choice
Everyone expected to be the same.
Abuse of power
Restrictions- no freedom of speech, press, no religious practices
Against ethnic diversity
Government owns all property
No reward for being a better worker or punishment for being a slacker.

Freedom of speech, press, religion

Bad
No “safety net.”
Poverty

Big gap between rich and poor.
Not everyone has healthcare
