COMMERCIAL AWARENESS: Understand the commercial realities affecting the organisation. 4. ANALYSING & INVESTIGATING: Gather information systematically to establish facts & principles. Problem solving. 5. INITIATIVE/SELF MOTIVATION: Able to act on initiative, identify opportunities & proactive in putting forward ideas & solutions
