II. Prices and Payments Prices vary depending on number of paying students: tentative pricing for one bus Program fee varies based on final paying participant numbers. With paid participants the Program Fee is $789 With paid participants the Program Fee is $835 With paid participants the Program Fee is $855 With paid participants the Program Fee is $875

II. Prices and Payments Prices include hotel, breakfast and dinner each day, all attractions and events, bus transportation from SVMS to Quebec City and back, and insurances. Prices do NOT include: lunches every day, breakfast and lunch on the first day of travel, lunch and dinner on the last day of travel, tips for guide and bus driver (approx. $4 CAD per day per student), spending money for souvenirs, gifts, etc.

II. Prices and Payments FRIDAY October 6, 2017.
A final decision must be made (IN WRITING) by FRIDAY October 6, 2017. INITIAL DOWNPAYMENT ($200) ALL INSTALLMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH WEBSITE. -Final payment is due January 4, 2018.

III. Methods of Payment Payments will be due directly to ACIS/French on Location: Group Leader ID Number:

IV. Spending Money Students will be responsible for all lunches, breakfast on the first travel day & dinner on the last. ACIS suggests $75-$100 CAD per student for food expenses + Souvenirs / Gifts /Spending Money Tips for tour guide and bus driver ($20 US will be collected BEFORE trip to cover tipping) It is advised to exchange money to Canadian dollars before leaving (most banks require prior notice)

V. Cell phone use Students are encouraged to bring cell phones on trip. Chaperone personal numbers will be provided and should be used Check with your service provider prior to trip for international packages/fees

VI. Trip Cancellation and Liability Insurance
Basic Travel Protection Plan is included in price of trip to cover payments and deposits when trip must be canceled due to covered reasons (sickness, injury, etc.) Other Travel Protection Plans available for an extra charge on website. Insurance also covers expenses resulting from sickness or injury while on the trip.

VII. Travel Documentation
We are requiring PASSPORTS or PASSPORT CARDS for our trip. No exceptions. Please plan ahead. Passport will be collected in school prior to trip. (Date TBA)

VIII. Behavior Expectations
SVMS rules and expectations are still enforced in Canada. Any student misbehaving/violating code of conduct at any time will be immediately sent home AT PARENTS’ EXPENSE. Cost of trip will not be reimbursed.
