2. ENTERING RESULTS - FIND THE WEB PAGE
Go to your association’s web page. For this training go to the BowlsSA web page and click on ‘pennant draws and results’ in the middle of the home page

3. ENTERING RESULTS – LOCATE FIXTURE
In the competition ‘bowlssa training’, click on FIXTURES (not results!!) I
In this training we are logging on with a username and password given to each side. Later you may be able to log on as your club using the ‘all clubs’ drop down on this page. The log on provided will not work for the club

4. FIND THE CORRECT FIXTURE
The screen will show the fixtures for the first round. Use the number drop down box to choose the round you are entering results for.
Click on the arrow to see the numbers

5. GET LOG ON SCREEN
When you have the fixtures for the correct round , click on the yellow editing arrow for your home side
Results are always entered by the home side. After the results have been entered, the away side logs on to comfirm them. In this training we will log on as Adelaide

6. These items are case sensitive
Logging on as a side
Type in the user name and password for your side and log on
These items are case sensitive

7. RESULTS ENTERING SCREEN
Click the button for the result of the game
The eight boxes for the rink results will change to white (4 rink side)
Enter the rink results in the white boxes
You only enter the 8 numbers The program will total the scores and add side points .

8. CHECK & SAVE RESULT
When you are satisfied that the result shown matches that on your score sheet click on save result and scores

9. SUBMIT RESULTS
When you save the result a ‘submit’ button appears. Click on this submit button
A white comments box appears. Type any comment and press the new submit button to complete the process.
In most games no comment will be required

10. RESULTS COMPLETED
Log Off

11. CONFIRM RESULTS - away side
RESULTS NOT YET SUBMITTED
I returned to the fixtures page and logged in as Adelaide for round 6
The comment below will be seen if the home side has not yet entered the result

12. CONFIRM RESULTS
RESULTS ALREADY SUBMITTED BY HOME TEAM
I logged on as Hawthorn and received the results for the round 7 game against Adelaide
When you have checked that the results are correct click on confirm result box
In the case of a dispute an would be sent to the opposing side . This requires an address to have been put in for every side by the competition organizer. Sides will need to follow up by phone

13. AWAY SIDE DUTY – CONFIRM RESULT
In the case of a dispute an would be sent to the opposing side . This requires an address to have been put in for every side by the competition organizer. If no address has been entered you will see a message on the screen and you will need to follow up by phone
THE COMPETITION ORGANIZER WILL SET TIME LIMITS FOR ENTERING RESULTS AND CONFIRMATION. YOUR ASSOCIATION MAY DECIDE NOT TO USE CONFIRMATION
