Genre: Realistic Fiction (tells a story of ordinary characters in everyday situations.
Skil: Character and Theme Characters are the people who take part in the events of the story. Theme is the main idea or central meaning of a story.
Spelling: Short Vowels
Vocabulary: apparently, fixtures, flimsy, incident, subscribe, and survive
