You have been given funds to improve the area that you live in.
You live in the Bronx, which is a poor, run down area in New York that suffers from crime and poor housing.

14. The community needs to decide how to spend the money best - how to improve the area for everyone that lives there.
The project is to last for 2 years. You will have 200 GDP’s in the first year and 150 in the second. (GDP’s are Ghetto Development Points)
