Peridontal examination: According to Miller classification : 0 : physiological mobility. No bad habits. According to plaque index of Löe and Silness : 27/24=1.1=> Fair oral hygiene. < 0.2 : Perfect oral hygiene 0.2 – 0.5 : Good oral hygiene 0.5 – 1 : Fair oral hygiene > 1 : Poor oral hygiene

FINAL DIAGNOSIS Extra oral findings : normal.
Chronic periodontitis (hyperplasia). teeth findings . Class III : molars & canines relations./according to angle classification/. Overjet & overbite -0.5 mm. Cross bite.
