2 Prayer O God, Refresh and gladden my spirit, purify my heart, Illumine my powers, I lay all my affairs in thy hand, Thou art my guide and my refuge, I will no longer be sorrowful and grieved I will be a happy and joyful being. O God! I will no longer be full of anxiety nor will I let trouble harass me, I will not dwell on the unpleasant things of life. O God! 5 Starting Questions How do you often start a phone conversation? Do you know some other ways to start a phone conversation? Is there any essential personal info. you should provide while you’re calling someone? What would you say if you had the wrong number? What would you probably respond if the one you’d like to talk to is busy or not there? Don’t worry if you don’t know how to answer the questions above, coz we’re gonna learn them all throughout this session! 
