Dr. Joy Elamon is executive director of the Kerala Health Studies and Research Centre (an NGO) which has its office in Trivandrum. Dr. B. Ekbal (hyperlink) is a Health Activist and Neurosurgeon. He was recently appointed Vice Chancellor: of the University of Kerala, in the capital city of Trivandrum.
