HOW TO MAKE YOUR PUBLICATION GREEN?
Anna-Kaarina Linna and the Current Research Information System team, Library, University of Turku GREEN OPEN ACCESS According to the Publication Policy of the University of Turku, the open access principles apply to everyone conducting research at the University of Turku and the researchers using the University of Turku as an affiliation. Current Research Information System UTUCRIS is the publication platform used at the University of Turku. Green open access makes research papers and other publications freely available through an open access repository. The journal publisher dictates which version of the paper is allowed to be archived in this way, as they generally hold the copyright of the final published version. The version archived is usually the final peer reviewed author version as accepted for publication. Library will check the copyright license and any journal embargo periods. When it is cleared, your paper will appear in UTUCRIS portal, and will be found by search engines like Google. TITLE #2 STEP 1 STEP 2 STEP 3 Submit your publication information as well as the latest accepted (or peer-reviewed) manuscript of your article on the UTUCRIS system via online form: Library saves and validates your publication information and a manuscript to the UTUCRIS system and it is included in annually publication information collection of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
