The purpose of this program is to enhance student-athlete engagement, to give them the tools and support needed to successfully advance in their education and sport, and to support interaction between athletes, coaches, faculty, staff, and support programs.

WORKPLACE ENGAGEMENT only 30% of Americans are engaged in their jobs WELL BEING Purpose, Social, Financial, Community, and Physical 29% of people in the U.S. are not thriving in any of these elements Only 11% of college graduates are thriving — strong, consistent, and progressing — in all five elements of well-being. Off-Season: 3 hours per week SUPERVISORS: Study skills, Stress & Time management, Conflict management, Class etiquette, Communicating with professors TUTORS: English, Math, Writing, Communications, Study Skills, Syllabi Breakdown, Calendar Planning SUPPLIES: Computers, Printer, Stapler, Paper Clips, TEXTBOOKS!
