CS and PS IFHO SR (98.50%, 98.10%) didn’t pass the target (98.93%, 98.41%) as KPIs degraded slightly after baseline alignment on 10th April. NonUsedFreqThresh4_2bEcno is changed from -10dB to -13dB, so IFHO could be triggered when target cell has poorer quality than before, causing IFHO failures increased. © Ericsson AB 2016

Data CSSR & RRC CSSR & RRC Service & erab CSsr (%) Analysis: The CSSR for Data ,RRC,RRC service and eRAB of the cluster sites are 99.73%, 99.90%, 99.94%, 99.83% which has a slight degradation compare with the baseline 99.80%, 99.94%, 99.95%, 99.86%. The degradation is mainly cause by the adjusting of qrxlevmin (from -120 to -124) which aiming to keep more users on 4G, the subscribe at the cell edge will stick to LTE with low poor RF condition while the 4G total volume increased as a result, it’s an exceptional decrease just as below summary in mail; Baseline Result qrxlevmin © Ericsson AB 2016

eRAB DCR(%) Analysis: The eRAB DCR for the cluster site is 0.13% which is worse than baseline 0.10% was mainly due to the CA layer management parameters changed on whole OKV.
