Problems of research should be  objective  (not subjective) and must be proved  in a logical and valid
To be logical and valid, needs to be  objectified  problems, by way of underlying the research problem with :
Field Study
Literature study

The quality of research is determined by the quality "problem" studied, not high of technology used
Reviewer of international journals make the "research problem" as the main parameters of the review process 
To achieve originality in the research, the problem of problem must be :
Original, never investigated anyone else? (originality in results)
Not original, but we use other techniques to solve the problem? (originality in method)

Goal Sentences:
This study aims to determine the relationship between the number of programmer and software that produce by the software house
