SPEED The ability to move quickly (running) Move arms and legs rapidly

BALANCE The ability to stay upright or in control of your body
Ex: Static: (stationary) Flamingoes, yoga poses Ex: Dynamic: (in Motion) Dance, gymnastics, throwing a ball or object, jumping and landing in basketball or long jump

COORDINATION Move 2 or more body parts under smooth control
Ex: baseball, softball, ping pong, tennis, racquetball

REACTION TIME The time between a stimulus and a muscular response
Ex: baseball, softball, tennis, badminton, soccer, basketball, skating
