Students must take a math or math reasoning course each year in high school.

8. Indiana Core 40 with Academic Honors
Same as Core 40 plus:
2 Additional math credits
6-8 world language credits
2 fine arts credits
All grades must be a C- or better
GPA must be a B- or better
Must also complete 1 of the following
Complete AP courses 4 credits and AP exams
Earn 1750 on SAT (CR+M+W)
Score 26 on ACT
Complete 6 dual credits
Complete combination of AP courses and dual credits.

9. Indiana Core 40 with Technical Honors
Same as Core 40 plus:
Complete a career/technical pathway (6 credits) and one of the following:
Pathway designated certification
Dual credits from list of priority courses resulting in 6 college credits
Earn a C- or better in courses
Have a GPA of B- or better
Must also:
Any of the options (A-F) of the Core 40 with Academic Honors
Score levels on work keys, accuplacer or compass

10. Courses for next year English 10 or English 10 Pre-AP (2 credits)
Next level of math (2 or 3 credits)
Foreign language (3 credits)
