2. Office 365/OneDrive
A guide to installing MS Office 2016 Package to Home Computers
As a college employee you have 5 licenses to install Microsoft Office onto home computers, laptops, tablets etc. This means you can install the package onto 5 devices.
All students have 2 licenses which allows them to install onto 2 devices.
To install the software you need to log into your One Drive. To open the One Drive please use the following URL:
****Please Note: You must use the Internet Explorer or Safari (Mac) web browsers to install the software, using Google Chrome and other browsers will prevent the installation from completing****

3. Office 365/OneDrive How to access your OneDrive for Business online.
You will now be asked to login to the Office 365/OneDrive portal.
Please enter your full college address, i.e. followed by the password you use to login to the college system.
Students will need to use their college address, i.e. followed by their password.
You will then be logged onto the portal.

4. Office 365/OneDrive This is the Office 365 Home page.
From here you can install MS Office 2016 to your device.
If you are using a Mac device, the portal will automatically determine that you are using a Mac and allow you to install Office for Mac 2016.

5. Office 365/OneDrive Installing MS Office 2016/MS Office for Mac 2016
To install the Office package to you device click on the Install Office 2016 button.
Now simply follow the prompts and agree to licensing conditions. Agree to any commands that are prompted.
MS Office 2016/Office for Mac 2016 will now install onto your device.
