Requires you to answer the preset Security Questions

Note: the ‘CHAT LIVE’ feature is only available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 8PM Eastern Time (USA) or 1PM thru 1AM GMT
Company Administrator Method
Ask your Company Administrator to reset your password for you. They have the authority.
Note: If you do not have your Sales Account Manager’s contact information please your Carrier Relations Manager noted as a billing contact on your invoice/statement.

2. How to Reset your GHIA AT&T BusinessDirect® User ID Password
Password Security Requirements / Restrictions
Must be 8-16 characters
Must include at least 2 alpha characters(a-z, A-Z)
Must include at least 2 numeric characters (0-9)
Special characters can be used but are not required
Cannot contain your first or last name, in normal sequence or in reverse sequence
Cannot be the same as or include your User Login ID

A new window opens for the CHAT LIVE feature.
Enter your First Name and the * Topic = “Reset Password” (these are required fields)
Click ‘CHAT LIVE >’

Request a Password Reset for your GHIA User ID

7. Chat Live Method – Password Reset
The technician will ask you for the address associated with the ID.

8. Chat Live Method – Password Reset
You will receive an confirming your password reset.
An will also be sent to your Company Administrator notifying them that a password change was made to one to their employee’s IDs.
End the Click to Chat Session and Logon with your new password.
