2. Foldable You will be getting a blank lab safety rules foldable.
Step 1: Color and cut the circles on pages 1-4. You will get 7 minutes total.
Step 2: Cut the dotted lines between the sections
Step 3: Glue the wheels together by placing glue/tape on the small circles that say “Glue Here.”
Step 4: Glue the biggest circle on the bottom and the smallest circle will be glued on the top. (Make sure to line up the flaps one on top of another).

6. Rule #2 Description: Wear gloves when pouring or handling any chemical
Notify teacher of any spills
Use waste containers
Wearing goggles at all time

8. Rule #3 Description: Hold microscopes with both hands
Hold glassware using both hands
Use tongs while handling hot items
Point test tube away from someone while holding it over an open flame

10. Rule #4 Description: NEVER TOUCH BROKEN GLASS.
Inform the teacher immediately

If chemicals get in your eye, rinse for 15 minutes.
Use shower station if chemicals get onto skin for 15 minutes

2. Aim nozzle at base of fire
