People’s Lobby’s citizen-initiated American World Service Corps National Service Proposal (AWSCNS) provides a Non-Traditional funding mechanism that could field 21 million Americans into voluntary national service over 27 years, while potentially costing tax payers nothing. To accomplish the good that having a million Americans a year voluntarily serve America and world through respected and established organizations, the AWSC Non-Traditional Funding Mechanism relies on the good will of the super-rich, growing awareness of wealth inequities, world wide needs, the internet, visionary leadership, public spread sheets, public perceptions, etc. BUT it is backed up by TRADITONAL TAXING mechanisms. PLEF Research D. Hunn

7 The AWSC National Service Non-Traditional Funding Mechanisms includes at least 5 public spread sheets with a column specifying the amount contributed to an escrowed AWSC National Service account. Forbes 400 (or 550+) Billionaires Top Celebrities Top Jocks Top CEOs Non-taxpaying corporations PLEF Research D. Hunn

At least these five public spreadsheets would show the public who voluntarily donated & how much. PLEF Research D. Hunn

If one divides the Peace Corps 2016 budget into its number of volunteers, a PCV investment costs about $51,250. Adding a $23,000 education & service bonus to the most expensive platoon in the AWSC umbrella makes the most expensive per volunteer investment in the AWSC National Service program $74,250. The 28 year investment in 21 million Americans building sustainability, good will, and understanding would be $1.55 trillion, about 1/5th of our continuing Iraq Afghan war. PLEF Research D. Hunn

At this highest estimated investment per volunteer, what %age of the Forbes 400’s wealth donated to the AWSC escrowed account, which could only be spent on AWSC National Service to fund 21 million Americans over 27 years doing national service at home and abroad, is needed? PLEF Research D. Hunn

$2,340,000,000,000 Wealth of Forbes 400 in 2015 PLEF Research D. Hunn

2.5% of $2,340,000,000,000 ...is the Forbes 400 %age annually donated investment into a lock box escrowed AWSC account that would cover one million AWSC volunteers serving yearly for 27 years. PLEF Research D. Hunn

14 2.5% / Forbes 400 = .006% per billionaire member
Each Forbes 400 member's average %age share to have 21 million serve over a 27 year generation, almost 1 million AWSC National Service volunteers annually. PLEF Research D. Hunn

15 “Can you spare $360,938 in change, boss?”
PLEF Research D. Hunn

16 What four from 2015 Forbes 400 would donate.
If they donated .006% of their wealth annually. PLEF Research D. Hunn

17 What 55 year old Joe Sixpack, whose Census Bureau wealth in 2015 was estimated at $143,964, would donate. If he donated .006% of his wealth, He’d donate $8.64 PLEF Research D. Hunn

The Greatest Generation was great because so many of them served together. Isn’t it time to… Again test our greatness by involving many more in development oriented service? Give the super-rich the choice of funding service that builds GOOD WILL and makes life better and smarter for all? Incentivize and send MANY more full time volunteers to those peaceful, proven, do-good organizations that work to make the world a better place? Urge Russians to peacefully serve with us via joint Peace Corps? Send peaceful platoons where we can to ease the burden on our future troops? PLEF Research D. Hunn

If a million more Americans a year helped such organizations as outlined here, would nation and world have more… Health, Peace, Understanding, Sustainability, and Laughter… PLEF Research D. Hunn
