4 Admission Office Pass the word to all your contacts that admission starts from December every year for all stages.

5 Students Affairs Just to remind you that all documents should be submitted by max.10th September. Update the school for any changes regarding contact numbers, home address …. Absent days (Medical-Sports or travelling…)

6 Parents Coordinator To coordinate all issues related to students & parents with school admin. Parents –Teachers meeting are held three times a year. PTA meetings are held once every month. More meetings might be scheduled upon parents or admin staff request. Ways of communication: E-connect-Phone calls or meetings.

7 School counsellor To give guidance to students and parents in case of noticing any behavioural or psychological issues, which might reflect on students performance. Has plan to deal with temper control issues, time management, social skills, lack of self confidence, building new friends, family concerns….. Year plan for different parental sessions as well as students’ sessions.

8 Religious committee We are a moderate Islamic school that helps parents to enhance all Islamic virtues. Morning Quran . Praying time. Competitions.

9 Student Union BSU students have voice in our school.
President for each class. President for each division. Head of committee. Members in each committee. Interviews &elections will take place from the second week of school. Keep tuned.

11 School discipline School bell rings at 7.40.Dismissal time is at 3.30.
School gates closes at 8.15 a.m Entrance & exits are from gate 3. Segregation is from year 7. Every gender keeps its area zone. Snack break for 10 minutes. Break time for 30 minutes. Weekly Thursday activity at 2.20p.m to dismissal time.

12 Students’ discipline Students’ discipline policy will be sent to all students & parents through E- connect. Make sure to check E-connect daily. Students are considered tardy after 7.50 a.m. Students are to be in full school uniform at all times. School polo shirt & sweat shirt have to have school logo.

13 Discipline rules: Mobile phones are completely prohibited inside school campus or inside the class. Mobile zone areas are discipline office & reception only for emergencies. Crocs are completely not allowed. Bullying ,fighting or disrespect are completely forbidden.Report immediatelly. The following items are not allowed For girls: loose hair, nail polish, long nails, make up,accessories,anklets,piercing, hair dye, chewing gum. The following items are not allowed For boys: long hair,long nails,beard,untidy uniform
