4. Characters
Main Characters are the character that the story is mostly about.
These are the character that change in the story.
Minor Characters
These characters do not change as often and are much smaller characters.
The characters that the story is not really about.

5. Setting
WHERE and WHEN the story takes place.

6. Point of View First Person Third Person
The narrator is a character in the story who can reveal only personal thoughts and feelings and what he or she sees and is told by other characters. He can’t tell us thoughts of other characters.
Third Person
Story is told by someone who is not in the story

7. Imagery
Language that appeals to the senses
