2
FREEDOM OF RELIGION AND SPEECH
Congress shall make no laws over peoples religious freedom and people can say what ever they want to. This means that no one shall be discriminated based on the religion that people practice. I think that the founding fathers came up with this great rule as the first amendment.
3
THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS As long as you are part of a Militia you then will have the right to bear arms. But anyone can bear arms and the rights for anyone to bear arms shall not be infringed. I have got to say that what should be different about this type of rule is that I don’t think everyone should bear any arms because sometimes it can get out of hand severly.
4
HOUSING OF SOLDIERS No soldier shall be quartered in any owners home without the permission of the owner. This means even in the time of a war. I have got to say that it somewhat should change this amendment I am meaning by when there’s a war going on.
5
SEARCH AND SEIZURE People have the rights to feel secure in their homes, with their papers, and other such property. What this means is that on unreasonable search and seizure shall be performed. What I think that should be different about this law is that the government should only do it to people when it is needed.
6
RIGHTS IN CRIMINAL CASES
No person shall have rights to answer for a capital or some type of crime that is severe unless they are indicted onto a grand jury. This also means that no person shall be compelled of any case without stuff that is due to law. What I think that the founding fathers should have included is that people such as civilians can answer for some type of capital crime.,

RIGHTS TO AN EQUAL TRIAL
In criminal prosecutions the one who is guilty has the right to having a equal trial. This means those who are accused have the right to having a public and quick trial that’s done by an impartial jury of the State along with district on where ever the crime has been committed. I think that this rule the founding fathers should have said that those who are criminals should be held accountable right away.
8
RIGHTS IN CIVIL CASES In suits at common law on where the value is controversy shall be over twenty dollars. Then the right of trail which is being done by the jury shall be preserved. And no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise examined over and over again which is part of the rules of the common law. I think that the founding fathers have done a really great job with creating this type of law.
9
BAILS, FINES, AND PUNISHMENTS
Bails and fines that are excessive shall not be imposed on anyone. Also unusual punishments shall not be inflicted on anyone. I think that the founding fathers should have included that if someone has done something really cruel then who ever did something cruel it shall happen to.
10
RIGHTS RETAINED BY PEOPLE
This means that people have rights and that should not be taken away by anyone. In the constitution certain rights should not be construed to disparage other people that are retained by the people. I think that the founding fathers have done a great job with this rule being created.
11
POWER RETAINED BY STATES AND PEOPLE
The powers of the states shall not be delegated to the United States by the Constitution. This also applies to all of the States that are currently in the United States. This also means the people have power along with the states. What I think the founding fathers should have added is to make sure the power is not misused.
