Night receptionist should check the Room Rack or computer if hotel use computerize system and make EDL In the morning shift, they distribute EDL to other department / outlet to check Bill / Voucher ( Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Room Service, Mini Bar, Laundry , FOC) FO Cashier prepare the Bill, collect all the Bill / Voucher and list it base on date and put it into envelope Separate RC and Guest Bill cause when guest finishing the Bill FO Cashier give RC to receptionist for filling Take the guest map on in side counter base on list
