Location: University Centre Auditorium
Cost: $60- *paid at the beginning of the year
This amount covers the cost of the rental of the University of Victoria auditorium, certificates, grad t- shirts, grad activities and prizes, caps and gowns.
Tickets: Tickets are available in April at UVic Ticket Centre (All tickets are $7.50 each)

5. GRAD BANQUET Date: Monday, June 26th Time: 6:00-10:00pm
Location: Inn at Laurel Point
Cost: $90
This amount covers the cost of dinner and entertainment.

BC students who would like their transcripts automatically sent to their university of choice/s must register on this website. (this includes out of province and US schools)
*Please note that requests to Ontario schools will not make it in time for midterm marks (Feb) but they will in June for final marks. These schools will request transcripts to be downloaded onto your students university portal.
The pen number is the BC government number on the transcript (not the school student #).

International Exchange Program ages 17-25

18. Student Loans Students must first apply for a BC student loan.
Students are automatically considered for a Canada Student Loan when they apply for a provincial or territorial student loan.
Students must apply every year in order to receive funding.
