1 Instructions to obtain a perfect notebook

2 Model You will use a folder to keep all your papers in perfect order.

3 Each unit must be kept in a plastic folder

4 You have to write in DIN A4 squared papers.
All papers of each unit must be kept in the same folder.

7 Index You will write the different sections of the units
You have to include the main contents Example: Notes p. 1 Summaries p. 5 I. Introduction p. 6 II. Hydrosphere p. 7 III. Weather p. 9 IV. Relief p. 12 Activities p. 14 Glossary p. 17

8 Class notes You will learn to take notes of the main contents of the class (but you don´t have to copy neither the Power Points nor the teacher´s explications) You can take notes using abbreviations, initials, symbols, and whatever you need. You don´t have to rewrite them at home, you only need to read them to write your summaries

11 Daily summaries Everyday you will write the summary of the contents we have learnt in class. You must pay special attention to include the main contents, but you also have to write properly. In this section you have to include diagrams, timelines, pictures, maps of concepts, etc. to improve and complete your notebook.

13 Don´t forget you have to write the title and date

15 Activities You have to complete all the activities of the units as well as you can, so you have to spend your time writing the answers properly. It is not necessary to copy the whole questions, you can rephrase them and summarise. Use different colours to write the answers. Sometimes you can print the activities and include the sheets in your notebook (maps, pictures, etc.)

17 Glossary You have to copy the specific terms of this subject and explain the meaning with your own words.

18 Presentation You have to write with pen, black or blue ink
You can use red, green ink to write dates, titles and to correct your activities Try to keep your units in perfect order, avoiding broken papers and dirty layouts. Be careful and try to write correctly, avoiding grammar or spelling mistakes.

19 Mark paper (always in your units!!!)
