Log onto ACN site Enter your IBO details and customer details Click through to 2degrees online signup Simple process Real time credit check Real time results NOTE: Customer must enter details exactly as on their Drivers licence and exactly the same on both the ACN site and the 2degrees site

23 Top Tips Ensure Customers Enter the same Name, address & date of birth in your storefront and on the 2degrees application. Ensure personal details (e.g. full name) provided on the application matches the Driver’s License. If your customer needs to go back to reselect their plan, or change details after completing the Personal ID section, they will need to start over and clear their browsing history and Cache (or use a private web browser like Google Chrome’s incognito mode) To pass the 2degrees credit check it is important to make sure details like current residential address, and time spent at current address match official government records and are as accurate as possible. If multiple orders have been submitted from the same device, your customers may receive an error message like: “You already have an approved order.” Customers should clear their cache and delete cookies and repeat which should fix the issue. Alternatively using a private browser like ‘Google Chrome Incognito Mode’ may fix this issue. If your customer does get stuck and is unable to complete their order, please fill in an IBO enquiry form on their behalf with their customer details.

These occurred when changes were made to the 2degrees online journey to allow additional services for existing customers. While 2degrees work through a solution we’ve opened a special Customer Support team in Australia to manage issues related to the stalled order journey and to provide a warm transfer for your customers into 2degrees’ campaign team. This line is direct to an agent queue and will be answered as soon as a team member becomes available. The line is open during the extended hours of 10am – 8pm Monday to Sunday.

Contacting the correct channel, particularly during the sign up phase minimises the need to complete missing customer/points forms resulting in you being compensated quicker

By carrying out the training & looking at the Resources if you have a query will then free up our IBO Support team to actually do what they are there for.
