4. My Teaching Philosophy
Students need a safe and positive environment, where they feel that they can express ideas and opinions.
I believe that students learn best when they are challenged and stimulated by a range of teaching styles.
A teacher’s role is to trust and allow students to be responsible.
Students respond well to structure and consistency.
