2. Introduction:
Your school is planning a trip to Paris and you are to be in charge. Initially, you have to prepare a number of documents using OpenOffice. You have also got to do some research and prepare a report. The following pages have a set of Tasks to be completed by you.

3. Task 1:
Using OpenOffice Writer, prepare a school register for 5 days and 10 students.
Use students from your own class to create your list of 10 students.
The register should have an address for each student. Your register will also need to be checked in the mornings, A.M. and the evenings, P.M.

4. Task 2:
Using OpenOffice Calc, prepare a spreadsheet for 10 weekly payments. In column L type in a formula that will automatically add up a total of each students weekly payments. In the relevant cell type in a formula that will automatically add up a total of the amount collected from all students.

5. Task 3:
The proposed dates for the trip are, flying out from Lanzarote to Paris on the 20/2/2018 and returning to Lanzarote on the 24/2/2018. Find the cheapest flight per person (Date, Time, Airline) and place it on to this page. You can either copy and paste or prt sc (print screen).

6. Task 4:
You will be staying in a hotel in the Champs-Elysees area of Paris. Using or other sites, find a suitable hotel and a good price for the 5 day trip. Show the hotel details below and the price per person.

7. Task 5:
Find the opening hours of the Louvre and the cost of admission per person to all exhibitions. Place the details below.
Task 6:
Find the opening hours of the Eiffel Tower and the cost of admission per person. Place the details below.

8. Task 7:
On Saturday 24/2/2018 you will travel by bus from your hotel on the
Champs-Elysees to Disneyland Paris. Using Google Maps or other means find a route map of the journey. You can either copy and paste, prt sc (print screen) or use any other technique you might know to place the map below.

9. Task 8:
Find the ticket price and offers for Disneyland-Paris.

10. Task 9:
Finally, make out a total cost of the trip per person to include the following,
