Where to go for advisement
Program faculty Advisors General & Liberal Studies Advisors EOP Advisor We are the largest an d newest off campus center in the CSU system. There are 1800 students currently attending at the Channel Islands campus Originally the off center campus of Cal State Northridge was located in Ventura. In fact, CSUN has been offering programs to students in Ventura County for 26 years. During the summer of 1999 the Ventura campus moved to the Channel Islands campus. This was a very advantageous move. This move tripled available classroom, office and student services space. Students find this campus to be richly rewarding and inspiring. The old spanish buildings built in the 1930’s have been completed renovated. The new renovations coupled with a challenging educational environment make the Channel Islands campus the perfect place for students to grow both academically and professionally. The renovation of the Bell Tower complex was given the “Design 2000 award” for outstanding achievement in historic preservation by the Californian Preservation Foundation in February
