including listing of fish and wildlife and sensitive environments identified in the ACP in effect 6 months prior to plan review.

If no revisions are required. It must be documented in the annual review on the record of changes page.

Valid until the facility seize to operate.

receives oceangoing tankers, or any other oceangoing ship of 400 gross tons or more; or fishing vessels which offload more than 500,000 pounds of commercial fishery products from all ships during a calendar year. (Garbage)

14. OIL COA Facility must: Receive oily mixtures with in 24 hours.
Complete reception of ballast water containing oily mixtures within 10 hours.
Complete reception of other oily mixtures within 4 hours

15. NLS COA Facility must: Receive NLS Residues within 24 hours.
Complete reception of NLS residue within 10 hours

16. Facility must: Receive APHIS Garbage no later than 24 hours.

17. Applying for COA
Facility must: Fill out the appropriate form/s. A-Oil, B-NLS, C-Garbage Submit reception facility agreement.
