Define the primary tasks to do
Line management and development of Falck First Response road staff, carrying out return to work, disciplinary, appraisal, performance and probationary reviews, and team meetings.
Line management and development of Operational Team Leaders and VMRO’s ensuring operational excellence and rota management at all times
Daily management of operational performance and tackling KPI/ contract improvement areas
Assist in the growth and development of the Falck First Response division
Ensure compliance against CQC regulations and preparedness for site inspections from external organisations
Management of all related Datix/Incidents to ensure full and timely resolution
Reporting and feedback of road staff related issues and vehicle related defects and or accidents using Datix
Form part of the Operational On-Call rota for any required escalations OOH and Weekends
Complete weekly and monthly reports required by the SOM for internal or customer performance meetings
Lead on complaint and incident investigation reports
With support of the Team Leader and central Planning function ensure all regional rotas are finalised for an 8 week period inline with the divisional KPIs.
With the support of the SOM implement and maintain cost control initiatives inline with the organisation’s goals.

Responsibilities
Define main responsibilities in the role
Line management of Falck First Response road staff to ensure optimal operation in compliance with Company Policies and Procedures (CPP), professional conduct, appearance, and act in accordance with contract specifications
Line management of Team Leaders & VMRO’s to ensure compliance with deep clean schedules, make ready systems and stock control
Recruitment, retention, employee development and satisfaction at site
