To monitor progress of schools' action plan To assess teachers' progress on applying knowledge and skills gained from training To discuss challenges and requested areas of support 7

Draft Monitoring Plan Specific Activities & Timetable
DBE and teachers will keep close contact through online forums, s and/or other appropriate communication channels as agreed between them Regular school visit will be conducted. The responsibilities of DBE in each school visit include: Meeting with the school leader and the ICT teacher if there is any issue in using ICT in the school Discussing with the four subject teachers (English, Life Skills, Mathematics and Myanmar) to understand their needs, challenges faced and ways for improvements on using ICT in the school Reviewing the ICT-generated outputs (assignments to be given after each training of selected teachers) produced by the subject teachers and providing comments Conducting classroom observations about integrating ICT in the classroom (if necessary) Documenting any progress made and challenges to be addressed about using ICT in the school (To be discussed and agreed upon) 8
